#96 get outside often

your body was made to interact with nature, walk barefoot, feel the grass, feel the stones, let the sun hit your body without sunscreen, absorb the vitamin D (that doesn’t mean lay out for hours without moving and wonder why you get sunburned,) this means play outside, work outside, walk outside, run outside, experience the heat, the cold, the rain, the wind, swim in a lake or a river, play in the sand, climb rocks, run through fields of grass, catch a fish, climb a tree, be one with nature and not one with your television set,

#97 give up on excuses

the only thing that stands between you and your dreams are the bullshit excuses you put there. I would but.... ehhhh-naaaahhh, i always wanted to however.... ummmm bullshit, you dont need howevers, buts, if only's , would haves, always wanted to's...
you need did's, in the process of doing, going to do agains...
to achieve some of your dreams will ...take hard work, sweat, sometimes blood, perseverance, dedication, humility, suffering, and sactifice, but your choice is what do you want to sacrifice your dreams so that you have more time to sit on the couch and let the television rot your brain, or sacrifice your wasted time to put that effort towards pursuing your dreams, the journey is yours, no one can chose for you which path to take.....

#98 make a habit out of watching sunrises and sunsets

these transitional times of the day pull together a tranquility that can only be described as hypnotizing, when one fully submerges themselves in those moments they can truly become one with the day, whether it be symbolic of the closing of one and the opening of another or just the transition between darkness and light, there is no denying the power of these moments, they are a great time to reflect on the day that has passed, or dream of the day that will come, they are also a great time to cook bacon...

#99 don't wait for happiness,

goals are good, but not at the expense of enjoying today, tomorrow is not promised and you shouldn't put of being happy, life is about the journey not the destination, make sure you enjoy the journey that your are on

#100: Get rid of excess bullshit...

be a minimalist, having extra things that you never, and probably will never use just takes up valuable real estate, and gets in the way slowing you down from getting to the things you actually need, besides if you need something in a pinch, most likely all your friends who don’t follow this rule will have one you can borrow, otherwise good riddance....
